Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the US of America is an actress and a singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse and Tom Bell - a television director. She is an American actress and singer. Her ancestry is Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish as well as Scottish (father). Kristen developed a talent for the arts at a young stage. She was able to land her first role at her audition in Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent when she was thirteen, and she got her first role in television advertisements for newspapers and commercials. Now, Bell also begins individual acting classes. Bell was as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell took part in the drama and music club of Shrine Catholic High School. In her school's production of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell was accepted to New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts for a musical theater course following her graduation. Bell, who graduated in 2001, decided to leave her university studies to perform the role Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her debut on the credit screen with the role of Becky Pootie Tang. However, her scene was cut from the film and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell appeared part of the Broadway revival The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
